Use of the partner area implies acceptance of these conditions. The partner acts as an independent professional, under its own responsibility, and undertakes to transmit accurate, up-to-date and verifiable information.
Objet et champ d’application
The Cameron network allows selected real estate professionals to present properties, collaborate on buyer searches and monitor shared files in a private environment. These conditions apply to the application, access to the account, deposited goods, exchanges and operations carried out through the network.
Application and network access
Access is not automatic. Cameron can request additional supporting documents, verify the identity of the structure and refuse an application without obligation to justify his decision. Validation creates a co-agency file in the Cameron CRM and allows the opening of a named partner account.
The partner guarantees that the information provided during its application is sincere and that it is authorized to represent the declared agency or structure.
Partner account and security
Each identifier is personal. The partner must protect its password, not share its access with an unauthorized person and immediately report any suspicious use. Actions carried out from the account are deemed to have been carried out by its holder, unless proven otherwise.
Additional contacts must be added to the agency file so that each filing and each modification remains traceable.
Goods transmitted to the network
The partner can only deposit a property that it is authorized to market or share as a co-agency. He must be able to provide, upon request, a mandate, authorization from the owner or any document justifying this ability.
The price, availability, location, surfaces, characteristics, photos and visiting conditions must be accurate. The partner undertakes to immediately update a property that has been sold, rented, withdrawn, reserved or has become unavailable.
Cameron control and validation
Any submitted property may be verified, corrected, refused, unpublished or placed on hold. Cameron may request additional information prior to any broadcast. The validation of a file constitutes neither a legal guarantee on the mandate, nor a guarantee of sale, rental or solvency of a party.
Cameron remains free to determine which properties are publicly distributed, promoted or transmitted to real estate gateways.
Confidentiality of information
The contact details of owners, buyers, partners, precise addresses, documents and non-public information are confidential. They can only be used for the processing of the file concerned and must not be communicated to a third party without authorization.
The partner undertakes not to constitute a parallel database from the data consulted in the Cameron space and to delete information that has become useless at the end of the file.
Protection des relations et non-contournement
Each relationship contributed by a member remains identified and protected. The partner is prohibited from directly contacting an owner, a buyer or another party discovered through the network with the aim of excluding Cameron or the partner at the origin of the relationship.
This obligation applies during the monitoring of the file and after its closure when a reconciliation results from the information or presentations made in the network.
Fees and distribution in co-agency
Unless otherwise agreed in writing before the client's presentation or the organization of the visit, the network's reference rule is an equal distribution of the fees actually collected between the side holding the property and the contributing side of the buyer or tenant.
Any exception, special expense or intervention by a third party must be accepted in writing before the operation. No partner can commit Cameron to an unvalidated amount or distribution.
Requests, presentations and visits
Requests must be qualified with sufficient precision to avoid unnecessary presentations. Visits are organized according to the instructions of the property owner and may require a visit voucher, written confirmation or prior identification of the customer.
CRM history, emails, visit vouchers and time-stamped validations can be used to establish the origin of a relationship and the chronology of exchanges.
Photos, descriptions and rights of use
The partner guarantees that it has the necessary rights to the photographs, videos, plans, texts and documents transmitted. He authorizes Cameron to adapt, crop, compress and distribute them for the purposes of marketing the property and operating the network.
This authorization ends after the withdrawal of the property, subject to technical safeguards, monitoring documents and conservation obligations.
Personal data
The data collected is used to study applications, administer accounts, manage assets and monitor collaborations, in compliance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 relating to the protection of personal data. The partner must itself comply with the applicable rules when providing the contact details of an owner, customer or contact person.
The rights of access, rectification and opposition can be exercised according to the terms presented in the Privacy Policy. Only the data necessary for the operation of the service must be entered.
Suspension, fermeture et retrait des contenus
Cameron may suspend an account, remove an asset, or terminate access in the event of inaccurate information, an unavailable asset maintained online, a breach of confidentiality, circumvention, misuse, or behavior that undermines the network.
The partner can request the closure of his account. The data necessary for the traceability of operations already initiated may be kept for the period useful for defending the rights of the parties.
Service availability and liability
Cameron implements reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the partner area, without guaranteeing total absence of interruption or error. The partner remains responsible for its declarations, its professional obligations, its mandates and the conformity of the goods it transmits.
Applicable law and evolution of conditions
These conditions are subject to Moroccan law. Cameron can evolve them to take into account the functioning of the network, new functionalities or legal requirements. The version published online on the date of use of the service is the one that applies.
In the event of difficulty, the parties first endeavor to find an amicable solution before any procedure.
