Scope and principles
This policy applies to data collected when browsing the website, using forms, requesting property information or brochures, contacting Cameron and interacting with its real-estate services. Data is processed for specified and legitimate purposes and kept only for an appropriate period.

What information may we collect?
Depending on the service, Cameron may collect identity and contact details, search criteria, budget, preferred areas, property interests, appointment and visit information, property-owner information, documents supplied for a transaction, and technical information necessary for website security and operation.

Where does the data come from?
Data may be provided directly by the person concerned, through website forms, email, telephone, WhatsApp, meetings, property visits, partners or documents required to manage a real-estate project.

Why do we use this data?
Data is used to answer enquiries, qualify real-estate projects, send property information and brochures, arrange meetings and visits, manage mandates and transactions, maintain client and prospect records, secure the website and CRM, prevent abuse and comply with legal or evidentiary obligations.

Which information is required?
Fields marked as required are necessary to process the request. Without them, Cameron may be unable to respond, send a brochure, qualify the project or arrange an introduction.

Who may access the data?
Within the scope of their duties, authorised Cameron staff and providers may access relevant data. Where necessary, data may also be shared with owners, principals, notaries, lawyers, experts, technical providers, hosting and email providers, CRM services and competent authorities.

Some technical providers may be located outside Morocco. Where data is hosted, accessed or transferred abroad, Cameron applies the formalities and safeguards required by the applicable framework.

How do we protect data?
Cameron uses measures appropriate to the risks, including access controls, individual accounts, secure passwords, HTTPS, updates, restricted permissions, backups, anti-spam protection and incident monitoring.

Access, correction and objection
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate or incomplete data and objection to certain processing. Requests should be sent to contact@cameron-marrakech.com. Identity verification may be requested where necessary. Unresolved matters may be referred to the CNDP.
13 — Brochures and qualification
PDF brochure requests and interest tracking
When a brochure is requested, Cameron may record the contact details provided, the property concerned, the date, delivery channel and result. Requests made with the same email address may be grouped into one prospect record to avoid duplicates and improve follow-up.

Email, telephone and WhatsApp
Contact details may be used to answer an enquiry, send information, propose an appointment or follow a real-estate project. Use of WhatsApp or similar services may involve processing by that provider under its own terms.

Data concerning minors
Cameron's real-estate services are primarily intended for adults and are not designed to knowingly collect minors' data without appropriate involvement or authorisation from a legal representative.
