Agency fees
A clear fee schedule explained before every commitment. Find Cameron Real Estate Marrakech’s main fees, how they are calculated and the costs that remain separate from agency fees.
MAIN FEE SCHEDULE
Two simple rules.
Agency fees are presented separately from the property price and other transaction costs. Any specific terms are stated in writing before commitment.
The main fee schedule is equivalent to one month of rent. The precise terms applicable to the file are communicated before commitment.
The fee schedule above is Cameron’s main schedule. Any specific service or special condition is communicated beforehand in writing.

CAMERON SERVICE
What our fees cover.
Our fees cover commercial and operational support throughout the transaction. They do not replace the legal or notarial duties of the relevant professionals.
Analysis of requirements, budget, timing and search or marketing criteria.
Selection of relevant properties or profiles, presentation of the file and coordination of introductions.
Planning appointments, coordinating the parties and following up after viewings.
Transmission of offers and counteroffers, with support through to commercial agreement.
Centralisation of useful file information and coordination with the relevant parties.
Operational follow-up through to signing or handover, depending on the file.
TOTAL COST
Do not confuse agency fees with acquisition costs.
When buying property in Morocco, agency fees are only one part of the overall budget. Registration duties, land-registry charges, notary fees and, depending on the file, other acquisition or financing costs must also be considered.
